you know what I'd really love for a sewing tool? Ironing wand. Like a big iron for ironing out your clothes except just this quarter-sized dot of warm metal on the end of a wand. For those heat-fusing fabric appliques. because otherwise the damn little buggers move on you.

possibly. I'm not sure if they get hot enough but I bet I could pick up a straightening iron and try it out.
