Yesterday's awesome
Sep. 20th, 2010 06:20 pmSo!
cupenny and her sister and I went down to Madison to cruise/walk State Street. We ended up parking a few blocks away because my last time being there I was not so much up to par with remembering where all the parking garages were. But we got there! In one piece too!
Star and Meg really hit the used book shops. I mean they REALLY hit those places nicely. Meg almost had to be dragged out of one for how awesomely cool it was.
"THERE ARE MAPS!"
Sorry Meg, you'll always amuse me in my memories with that line.
Just as I will always amuse you with my sushi foodgasm expressions.
We hit up the only pagan store I know and trust in the great strange state of Wisconsin, Shakti, which was filled with pretties and awesome. I also found the collected series of Concrete by Paul chadwick, whose writing style I do enjoy.
And towards the end? THERE WERE ZOMBIES IN THE STREETS.
