I've been up three hours now and restless as a caged cat, with rain outside. It's been weird learning more about my own reactions to things through talking with the shrink, but it's now rather blatantly obvious that when I get like this I need to leave the house.

I've got a donation scheduled later today so I'll take care of that, but before then, there's plenty of time for a bagel and tea for a late breakfast. Time to pack the sewing, mp3, headphones, tin, cash and sketchbook.
