Thanks to all who offered out helpful advice, so far the Nature's Miracle has gotten MOST of the stink out of the carpet. Pairing repeated applications with policing that site from further pissing by the other cat in the apartment, hopefully I won't be smelling it anymore in a few days.

And if that don't do the job I'm renting one of those steam vac/carpetcleaner thingies from the grocery store.
