Gone for a few days

I'm gonna be gone a few days( not like it'd be too noticable) visiting my grandma and taking her to the airport. I'll work on what I have to post the old fashioned way. Writing it on paper.

Note: I only have 4 days of school left and this may sound weird but I really don't want school to end. I like being in there, mostly cuz it quiet and there's lots of stuff to fart around with. *sigh* This sounds really strange coming from a 17-year old artist. Something else occured to me also as I was walking the route yesterday. When I'm gonna have to go to college, I won't be able to go for walks on the roads anymore. At least not like I do here when I need to go relax. I won't be able to watch and osprey fly overhead, or pick wild red clover for a salad-style snack, or stalk kildeer to find their nests and watch them grow from eggs to full grown birds...

..suddenly I feel very very old...like someone overstuffed me with info and put me back where I was before.

I still feel that way sometimes.

Occasionally I look back on the kid I used to be and wonder about what happened to him and where he went.

On the flipside growing up does have it's plusses but sometimes I wonder if they really stack up to what we loose.

Life goes on, and you will probably find something else to do, somewhere else to go. Change is a frightening, yet highly rewardng capacity in life. If it doesn't kill you, which it most likely won't, it'll make you stronger.
